FCC TAKES AN L

The Associated Press has reported today that a federal appeals court threw out a $550,000 fine the FCC gave CBS for the infamous “wardrobe malfunction” that happened during Super Bowl XXXVIII’s halftime show. The court found that CBS wasn’t liable for Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake’s actions and the fine wasn’t consistent with what the FCC had given other networks in the past. Could this mean the NFL will finally bring back the “MTV” halftime show? Only time will tell.

My personal opinion is it was Janet. Everyone at some point in life will see a boob or pair of boobs in their life at some point. At least when the famous Janet Jackson "wardrobe malfunction" went down, it was something a lot of guys wanted to see lol. And it spawned countless other "wardrobe malfunctions" but not as great as seeing Miss Janet (if you're nasty) lol. Well, enough for that lol.
